We are looking for a skilled IT Engineer to manage and maintain our office networks, provide high level help desk support, and ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Active Directory, SharePoint, Teams, AWS, VPN’s, Zoom Rooms, Jira Cloud, Slack, macOS, Windows, Office 365, Azure. Experience with Google Cloud Platform and PagerDuty administration is a plus.

What You’ll Do:   

  • Manage and maintain office networks, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
  • Manage AWS EC2 instances, including provisioning, monitoring, and maintenance.
  • Administer Prisma Global Protect or other VPN solutions for secure remote access.
  • Provide high end help desk support to employees, resolving technical issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Administer and manage Active Directory, including user accounts, groups, and permissions.
  • Offer exceptional customer service to internal clients.
  • Support and troubleshoot macOS and Windows operating systems.
  • Administer Office 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Manage Zoom Rooms for seamless video conferencing.
  • Utilize Jira Cloud and Service Desk for issue tracking and project management.
  • Administer Slack for team communication and collaboration.
  • Manage Azure resources and services including Microsoft Graph for automation and management tasks.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of the IT infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and maintain strict IT policies and procedures.
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform and PagerDuty administration is a plus.

What Will I Bring?  

  • Proven experience as an IT Systems Admin or similar role.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in help desk and admin positions.
  • Proficiency in office networks, help desk support, Active Directory, SharePoint, Teams, AWS, VPN’s, Jira Cloud, Slack, macOS, Windows, Office 365, Azure.
  • Experience with automation tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CompTIA Network+) are a plus.
