Navina is a fast-growing digital health SaaS company that’s on a mission to transform the way physicians interact with patient data. With Navina, physicians experience less burnout, reduce missed diagnoses, and can devote more time to giving better care to their patients.
Navina has been named one of the Top 100 AI companies globally by CB Insights and made the list of the Top 50 Digital Health startups. We are already working with industry-leading value-based organizations including Privia Health and Agilon.
We're looking for an IT Engineer to join our growing IT team in Tel Aviv. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day systems, infrastructure, and support that keep Navina running — from employee laptops to network infrastructure to the tools our teams rely on every day. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in getting the details right, enjoys solving problems for people, and wants to help build IT operations that scale with a fast-growing company.
Responsibilities- Provide expert-level IT support to employees, troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues across the company.
- Own the onboarding and offboarding process end-to-end — provisioning laptops, setting up accounts, and ensuring secure de-provisioning.
- Maintain and support our IT infrastructure and physical systems, including the comms room, server racks, network devices, and meeting room technology.
- Manage the lifecycle of IT assets — laptops, monitors, peripherals, and equipment — including procurement, inventory tracking, maintenance, and disposal.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive work and build scripts or tools that improve IT operations.
- Manage relationships with IT vendors and support procurement of equipment and software licenses.
- Support the implementation of information security policies, manage user permissions, and help ensure IT operations meet compliance requirements, including HIPAA.
- Create and maintain clear documentation for IT systems, processes, and procedures.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in an IT support or administration role, managing company IT infrastructure and internal services.
- Strong knowledge of macOS and Windows operating systems.
- Experience with cloud-based productivity suites (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack).
- Familiarity with identity and access management tools (e.g., JumpCloud, 1Password).
- Solid understanding of networking concepts and hardware (routers, switches, firewalls).
- Experience with a ticketing system (e.g., Jira) and endpoint security tools (e.g., SentinelOne).
- Familiarity with access control systems in an office environment.
- Proven experience automating IT processes via scripting (Python, Bash) or configuration management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with strong communication abilities — you can explain technical issues clearly to non-technical colleagues.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to take ownership of projects while working closely with your teammates.
You don’t need to meet 100% of the requirements to be a great fit. We believe in hiring people, not just checklists, and we value potential as much as experience. If this role excites you, we’d love to see your application!

What We Do
Navina was born with the vision to create a new world where the time-consuming chaos of patient data is replaced by a logical actionable platform that makes it possible for every physician to assess even the most complex cases in minutes. Our technology creates a new era of simplicity by restructuring disorganized data into an intelligible patient portrait, intuitively organized for sophisticated and empathetic patient care. We use AI and machine learning to make sure that what's most important is immediately clear, diagnostically linked, and contextually surfaced, so physicians can have the entirety of each patient’s data. The result: optimum patient wellness and enhanced financial performance for providers and payers. Navina is a partner of the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) Innovation Lab.
