Job Overview
Implement and support serverless APIs and automations using Azure Functions, Power Automate, and Dataverse/D365 CE. Collaborate with senior engineers and architects to deliver secure, reliable integrations and modernize legacy automations.
Responsibilities
Backend & APIs (Azure)
Develop and maintain Azure Functions in TypeScript/JavaScript and C#; follow established patterns for retries, idempotency, and secure configuration (Key Vault, managed identities).
Integrate with Boomi API Management, Service Bus, and Logic Apps; implement API policies and transformations as defined.
Power Platform
Build Power Automate flows (looping, error handling, approvals) and maintain Custom Connectors.
Configure Dataverse (tables, relationships, calculated/rollup columns); manage connection references and environment variables.
Implement D365 CE form scripting, command bar/ribbon actions, subgrid control, BPF configuration; contribute C# plugins for serverside validations.
Quality, Security & SDLC
Write unit/integration tests; participate in code/solution reviews; contribute to CI/CD pipelines and managed solution promotions.
Implement observability (App Insights/Log Analytics), handle alerts, and assist with incident response and runbook updates.
Follow secure coding standards (OAuth2/Entra ID, DLP, input validation).
Enterprise Integrations
Transform JSON/XML payloads (Blue Prism/DMS) into Dataverse updates and support dynamic schema mapping under guidance.
Minimum Qualifications (Standardized)
3–5+ years software engineering with cloud services; handson experience with Azure Functions is required.
Experience with Power Automate and Dataverse; exposure to D365 CE customizations.
Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and C#; familiarity with REST, Git, CI/CD, and automated testing.
Preferred
Logic Apps, Service Bus, APIM, Durable Functions; PCF/Power Fx; Salesforce or Boomi exposure; Agile.
