Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot firewalls, VPNs, routers, switches, and enterprise network infrastructure.
Configure and manage endpoint security and device management tools such as SentinelOne, Netskope, and JumpCloud, including policy/rule configuration and troubleshooting
Monitor network and endpoint security posture, troubleshoot issues, and ensure uptime and reliability.
Perform regular network maintenance, upgrades, and backups.
Implement network security measures and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
Handle ITSM activities including incident, access, change, and asset management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Cashfree for operational support and maintenance.
Maintain documentation for configurations, incidents, and operational procedures.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2–6 years of hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure, Networking, or System Administration.
Hands-on experience with firewalls, routers, switches, and enterprise networking technologies.
Working knowledge of endpoint security and device management tools such as SentinelOne, Netskope, and JumpCloud.
Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, etc.).
Experience with Active Directory (AD) administration, ITSM processes, troubleshooting, and security monitoring.
Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+ are preferred.
Nice-to-Have:
Exposure to automation/scripting (Python, Ansible).
Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds, etc.).
Knowledge of SD-WAN, cloud networking, or SASE technologies.
