The Position

We are looking for a talented IT Local Support Engineer to join our team! If you're passionate about technology and enjoy delivering exceptional IT services, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

The Opportunity

  • Monitor and maintain service levels for onsite support, following ITIL best practices.

  • Ensure top customer satisfaction by supporting end-users and local management with IT services.

  • Implement global and regional IT initiatives, collaborating with key stakeholders to drive success.

  • Lead and support network infrastructure, telephony, and hardware projects while ensuring successful adoption.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to deploy solutions, enhance employee experiences, and support business continuity.

  • Manage service providers, hardware inventory, and ensure compliance with local and global IT policies.

Who you are:

  • Must have a BA or BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline or recognition of prior working experience which is equivalent. 

  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in providing onsite and/or remote technical support to end users in PC and Mac environments with experience across multiple domains. 

  • Experience with a proven track record of running high performing environments, and professional experience in the area of operational IT services in multiple fields of technical experience
