PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- System Support Responsibilities.
- Responsible for setting up and tearing down of user workstations.
- Assists with the disposal processes.
- Assists in imaging of pc’s, testing and validation.
- Documents problem analysis, communication and resolution in the help desk tracking system.
- Performs add, move, and change assistance for office moves, new hires, and employee terminations.
- Assists in maintaining technology inventory according to defined processes.
- Records problem resolutions thoroughly and accurately in the problem reporting system.
- Communicates operational status and assists in providing operational reporting.
- Communicates with other team members and customers.
- Manages individual time and expense reporting in accordance with CLA standards.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Enrolled full-time in an accredited college or university or pursuing a technology degree strongly preferred.
- Willingness to learn new technologies.
- Proficient with Microsoft (MS) Windows and Office products.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client sites.
The wage range for this position is: $19 – $55.
Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range.
