Our Minneapolis, MN location is seeking IT End User Systems Intern

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • System Support Responsibilities.
  • Responsible for setting up and tearing down of user workstations.
  • Assists with the disposal processes.
  • Assists in imaging of pc’s, testing and validation.
  • Documents problem analysis, communication and resolution in the help desk tracking system.
  • Performs add, move, and change assistance for office moves, new hires, and employee terminations.
  • Assists in maintaining technology inventory according to defined processes.
  • Records problem resolutions thoroughly and accurately in the problem reporting system.
  • Communicates operational status and assists in providing operational reporting.
  • Communicates with other team members and customers.
  • Manages individual time and expense reporting in accordance with CLA standards.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Enrolled full-time in an accredited college or university or pursuing a technology degree strongly preferred.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Proficient with Microsoft (MS) Windows and Office products.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client sites.

The wage range for this position is: $19 – $55.

Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range.
