Key Responsibilities- Provision and configure personal productivity devices such as laptops and smartphones, as well as fixed and mobile telephony services for employees
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting technical support to company employees for hardware, software, networking, printing, videoconferencing needs, Active Directory accounts, etc.
- Actively follow up and escalate open tickets to ensure resolution time KPIs are met
- Proactively plan hardware, software, and services acquisition, including budgeting
- Produce and maintain technical documentation, including technical specifications for small projects, change management records, asset inventory maintenance, and usage instructions for end users
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in an enterprise IT environment with good knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Intune
- Understanding of ITIL principles, basic networking concepts, and hands-on experience in hardware and software troubleshooting
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal)
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in fast-paced environments
- Self-motivated and reliable professional with strong organizational skills and experience in technical documentation
- Availability for occasional domestic travel

Skills Required
