 Leads the creation and/or evolution of the applications architecture.
 

Responsibilities:

• Technical architect within software development space (Java, Angular, CI/CD).

• Demonstrated technical design knowledge of Oracle applications and tech stack (EBS, Fusion, WebLogic, SOA, APEX, etc).

• Experience in both software delivery and Oracle application integration.

• Leads the identification and analysis of Domain business drivers to develop Domain architecture requirements.

• Analyzes technology industry and market trends and determines potential impact upon the Domain.

• Leads the development of Domain architecture governance structure based on business and IT strategies.

• Oversees Domain architecture implementation and ongoing refinement activities

• Directs the development and execution of a communication (including education) plan for Domain architecture standards.

• Acts as a sounding board or consultant to IT and business leaders in the development of IT solutions for business needs.

• Provides expertise regarding the integration of applications across the business.

• Determines specifications, then plans, designs, and coaches development of software solutions, utilizing appropriate software engineering processes either individually or in concert with project team.

• Leads, mentors and coaches the work of other employees.

• Contributes to strategic planning, direction, and goal setting for the department or function.

• Recommends policies, practices, and procedures that have a significant impact on the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar careers.

• 10 or more years of experience.

• A Master's degree may be preferred.

• Experience with Cloud computing.

• Preferred – Understanding of key AGILE concepts and/or experience with leading or operating in an AGILE environment.
