We are seeking a highly experienced IT Director to lead and manage the IT department, ensuring the organization’s technology strategy aligns with business goals. The IT Director will oversee all IT operations, infrastructure, security, and projects while providing leadership to the IT team. This is an onsite role requiring a hands-on and strategic approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company’s IT strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, systems, and networks.
- Ensure IT security, data protection, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Manage IT budgets, procurement, vendor relationships, and contracts.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance business efficiency.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, including cloud adoption, automation, and modernization projects.
- Provide technical guidance to executive management and other departments.
- Ensure business continuity through robust disaster recovery and backup strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an IT Director, IT Manager, or similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.), cybersecurity, and software systems.
- Experience in managing IT budgets and vendor relationships.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to align technology with business goals.
- Hands-on experience with IT operations and troubleshooting is a plus.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English
