Intrum is looking for an energetic and forward-thinking IT Director to lead our IT agenda in Denmark. In this pivotal role, you’ll align local strategies with Group objectives and drive transformation, efficiency, and innovation together with business stakeholders.
Your responsibilities
Lead and prioritize local and Group-aligned IT projects, including transformation initiatives
Act as system owner for market-specific applications and ensure robust data governance and security
Manage IT budgets, vendors, and reporting for performance and transparency
Drive implementation of Group IT solutions and enterprise architecture locally
Build and develop IT capabilities, processes, and the local team to deliver on KPIs and SLAs
Collaborate closely with business leaders to drive innovation, risk management, and customer-centric solutions
Your profile
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) with strong corporate IT and business knowledge, ideally in financial services
Proven leadership experience from complex projects or senior IT roles
Strong understanding of financial systems, governance, and international/matrix organizations
Skilled in transformation, project management, decision-making, and stakeholder engagement
Fluent in Danish and English, written and spoken
