Job Description
What will you take care of?
You will Work as an IT Business Partner for business areas by contributing and setting priorities and helping define functional and technical solutions related to do business needs.
- Proactively engages key global stakeholders to gather business and functional needs and provide support and new ideas on business process design and improvements;
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of functional business processes;
- Serve as the point of contact for any questions related to global manufacturing and quality solutions, maintaining effective communication channels and positive working relationships;
- Contribute to the definition of business cases, in collaboration with business stakeholders, identifying new solutions to support business capabilities and, once approved, ensuring the construction of a globally deployable platform/framework;
- Conduct fit-gap analysis between the global application framework and business capabilities to assess the benefits of proposed or existing solutions or platforms, providing feedback on the business and facilitating understanding of technical choices;
- Ensure that proposed solutions are aligned with functional requirements as well as the overall technology framework and quality;
- Ensure continuous improvement of existing applications, constantly evaluating available evolutions against business needs.
Qualifications
- Education: Degree in IT or similar
- Personality: Excellent organizational skills, precision, proactivity, predisposition to teamwork and interpersonal relationships complete the profile.
- Experience and Knowledge: 3 – 5 in similar position at least
- Languages: Italian knowledge is mandatory. Good knowledge of the English language (Minimum B2 Level)
