Overview:

Sentara Health is now Hiring a IT Digital Manager to join our team!

This is the Full-Time remote position.

Responsibilities typically include:

• Ability to organize and manage projects into a program or portfolio for proper resource coordination and scope definition.

• Able to leverage relationships with leaders throughout the organization to resolve conflict and issues as they arise.

• Able to leverage experience to manage larger, more complex projects and programs.

• Policy and strategy implementation for short-term results (1 year or less).

• Problems faced are difficult to moderately complex.

• Influences others outside of their own job area regarding policies, practices, and procedures.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree Preferred
• Experience in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree
  5 yrs relevant years experience with a degree 
  7 yrs relevant years’ experience without a degree 

Certification/Licensure

• This position does not require specific certifications; however, professional certifications in IT management, infrastructure, or project delivery (such as PMP, ITIL, or relevant cloud certifications) are highly desirable.

Experience

• Proven experience managing or performing work across multiple IT domains, including: Systems software, hardware, and database management; End-user technology and software support
• Experience managing complex IT programs and projects with defined scopes, resource coordination, and interdependent activities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence practices, procedures, and decision-making outside of the immediate team.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage experienced IT professionals who work independently with minimal supervision.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is:$116,729.60-$216,777.60Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Sentara Independence provides quality outpatient services to the surrounding community. The facility includes an ambulance-accessible emergency room that is supported by board-certified physicians. Sentara Independence houses state-of-the-art medical equipment and highly-skilled physicians and staff.  Sentara Independence is now an extension of the quality services at Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital including advanced imaging and physical therapy.
