As a key strategic contributor towards the Consumer Goods EMEA Business Unit, the Private Label Division’s aspiration is to be THE Winning Experts in Private Label for Consumer Tissue in Europe. To support our journey to achieve this aspiration our PLD IT & Digital Excellence Team are looking for an IT & Digital Excellence Business Partner to start as soon as possible.
Your role

Understand the shared and unique business needs of PLD and, with our stakeholders in our 7 factories and Commercial, Product Services and Support Functions, transform them into digital plans and solutions.

Support the PLD value chain teams to leverage data & analytics to support decisions and processes with valuable insights for example in the important area of Sustainability.

Holistic view of our PLD IT landscape to optimise and support the Total Value Chain avoiding gaps and achieving best value.

Contribute to the performance of the IT & Digital Excellence project portfolio

Lead continuous improvement and organizational efficiency activities and projects as needed

Contribute to the PLD IT & Digital Excellence strategy & roadmaps

Possess a university degree or equivalent within a relevant practice

Strong business outcome focus, confidence to negotiate with senior management & other stakeholders/decision makers to create value in the best interests of PLD.

Understanding of SAP ECC and S/4 Hana application and processes

Solid background working with IT applications across the Value Chain including ERP, Supply Chain applications, Data modelling and analytics tools e.g. SAP Analytics Cloud and Power Bi. Knowledge of the wider Microsoft Power Platform or similar would be an advantage.

Experience of using and applying data from multiple complex sources into business insights to guide data driven activities

Fluent English knowledge required
