We’re looking for an experienced Senior System and IT DevOps Engineer to help scale, secure, and optimize our cloud infrastructure. This role suits a hands-on professional with deep expertise in AWS, Terraform, and cloud services, along with practical experience using Amazon WorkSpaces and Amazon Q Business.
You’ll play a key role in infrastructure design, automation, monitoring, and Zero Trust security enforcement using tools such as Spacelift, Zscaler, and Checkpoint CloudGuard.
What you’ll do
- Manage and enhance AWS infrastructure, including core services (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC) and enterprise solutions like Amazon WorkSpaces, and Amazon Q.
- Define and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform, with deployment automation through Spacelift or equivalent platforms.
- Deploy and support Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) via Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA) for secure connectivity.
- Enforce cloud security and compliance through Checkpoint CloudGuard.
- Administer Identity Providers (IdP) such as Okta, managing users, groups, and application integrations.
- Collaborate with development and security teams to manage infrastructure code in GitHub, emphasizing stability, review, and traceability.
- Automate system processes and optimize costs through scripting (Bash, Python, or similar).
What you bring
- 3+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure across AWS and on-premises environments.
- Strong proficiency in Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices.
- Experience using Spacelift or similar CI/CD tools for Terraform pipelines.
- Proficiency with GitHub for version control and collaboration.
- Working knowledge of Zabbix for monitoring.
- Experience with ZTNA (Zscaler preferred) and Checkpoint CloudGuard for network security.
- Strong familiarity with MDM solutions for macOS and Windows (Jamf, Endpoint Central, etc.).
- Solid understanding of IdP management (Okta preferred), including SAML and OIDC.
- Fundamental knowledge of network switch management (Meraki/Catalyst).
- Expertise in Active Directory and Group Policy administration.
- Strong scripting and automation skills (Bash, Python, or similar).

- AWS certifications (SysOps Administrator, Solutions Architect, or Security Specialty).
- Experience with hybrid cloud or on-premises integrations.
- Understanding of compliance standards (CIS Benchmarks).
- Familiarity with IAM, SSO, and MFA frameworks.
- Relevant certifications: MCSA, CCNA, RHCSA, Jamf Certified Associate, Terraform Associate, etc.
