Summary

Individual contributor who leads technology and enterprise initiatives from kickoff to close. Owns scope, schedule, budget, and communications. Operates effectively in fast-paced, highly agile environments using Azure DevOps.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain project plans, budgets, RAID logs, and concise status reports.
• Use Azure DevOps (Boards, backlogs, sprints, dashboards) to plan, track, and report.
• Run standups and status meetings; drive decisions and action-item follow-through.
• Coordinate work across engineering, operations, compliance, finance, and external vendors.
• Manage scope, dependencies, risks, and issues; execute change control and escalate promptly.
• Ensure testing, readiness, go-live execution, and clean operational handoffs.
• Capture lessons learned and close projects against agreed success criteria.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management delivering technology and enterprise initiatives.
• Proven individual contributor who leads initiatives end-to-end.
• Effective working with executives, developers/engineers, and vendors; strong influence without authority.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Comfortable with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
• Proficient with Azure DevOps and Microsoft 365; MS Project a plus.
• PMP or similar certification preferred; bachelor’s degree preferred.
