Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
- Exciting Insights - As a Development Coordinator, you are part of a team of technology and application engineering experts focused on the delivery and realization of a digital solution for the HR IT Recruiting solution within a complex HR process landscape.
- Mission - Analyze, design, build, and deliver a scalable, performant, market-ready solution by leading technical coordination and execution of the realization in the fields of e.g. Cloud Solution, Data Storage & analytics.
- Value Driven - Define scopes, deliverables and timelines that support business objectives in close collaboration with stakeholders (e.g. customer, SaaS provider etc.)
- Impact & Responsibility - Understand the solution vision and needs. You share the operational responsibility for the solution realized with your development team. You aim addressing objectives and KPIs continuously improving the solution in lean, efficient ways.
- Transparency - Apply your deep understanding of software development, making tactical judgement on technologies, engineering tradeoffs, while monitoring status and reporting on realization schedules.
You are working in an international agile team with a high level of motivation and engagement and in collaboration with a SaaS provider (Software as a Service).
Qualifications
- Personality: team-oriented, communicative and open for intercultural collaboration with a hands-on mentality, proactive and confident attitude, decision-making competence
- Operation: structured, accountable and open minded
- Experience: several years of relevant professional experience in design, implementation and maintenance of modern applications in the field of Cloud Applications, Data Storage & Analytics
- Know-how: You bring knowledge and experience in several of the following areas:
- Designing and building scalable IT Applications (incl. Cloud Applications), underlying technologies incl. interface management and architectures.
- Automated deployments in containers, continuous integration and delivery processes and infrastructure
- Language: very good English skills both written and spoken
- Educational Qualifications: degree in information technology (computer science, Business Informatics, etc.) or comparable qualification
- Added advantage: Experience in the field of SaaS embedded Software Development for HR Domain; cross-division experience within a large corporation
