WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Collaborate with the Desktop support team and Service Desk team to develop requirements and an overall development plan for refreshing our knowledge base system.
Engage in research to understand the needs of the end-users and how best to structure the knowledge base going forward.
Participate in regular team meetings to provide updates on progress and receive feedback.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure that the development plan aligns with technical capabilities and timelines.
Will assist with new hire and replacement hardware builds
Will assist with day to day tickets
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field
Understanding of Windows OS and Patching
Proficient in Microsoft applications
Excellent communication, analytical, logical thinking, problem-solving, and writing skills.
Understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development is preferred.
Data-driven. Strong ability in analyzing data to derive insights and make decisions.
Adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable to work with ambiguity and change in the fast-paced e-commerce industry.
