Compensation Range

About This Job
The main purpose of this job is to leverage various vended and internal data sets to deliver meaningful reporting, analysis, and data solutions for IT leadership and other customers of the IT Project Management Office in support of delivering business strategic objectives.
Job functions are approximately 80% report development/analysis, 20% other data solutions, and minimal consulting.

Essential Functions
Develop and maintain accurate recurring reporting with guidance from leadership
Refresh, update, and investigate interactive visualization interfaces utilizing Planview/PowerBI/etc
Design, develop and maintain interactive and visually pleasing PowerBI reports and dashboards with leadership guidance
With guidance from leadership consult with our external Planview Enterprise partners and IT partners on data structure development, maintenance, troubleshooting and data transmission
Meet deadlines with planning assistance from leadership
Communicate and concisely present process results and methodology to manager and peers
Adhere to department best practices and policies
Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
Basic understanding of relational databases
Ability to effectively utilize data visualization software (SAP Business Objects/ PowerBI/Tableau)
Basic SQL query development skills
Basic understanding of Project Management & Agile methodologies
Willingness to assist team on complex projects
Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Inquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
Exposure to Planview Enterprise
Exposure to various programing languages

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, or similarly related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required
2+ years data analysis experience required
