IT Procurement Analyst

Helping to deliver the whole IT package! Uline is looking for an IT Procurement Analyst to ensure we have the right tools in place to support our industry-leading IT team.

Position Responsibilities
Analyze IT inventory and spending trends using Power BI dashboards.
Partner with Product Owners to enhance forecasting and procurement strategies.
Track IT expenses, vendor payments and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Streamline processes and improve workflows through process mapping.
Maintain and enhance documentation for evolving IT inventory procedures.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree.
Prior relevant procurement experience preferred.
Strong communication skills to work effectively with IT teams, executives and vendors.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Power BI, Service Now and Oracle EBS.
