What you'll do
- Administer organizational security and access policies across all SaaS tools (Google Workspace, SSO, device management)
- Own onboarding and offboarding processes, including access control and provisioning
- Provision and configure employee devices and laptops (macOS, Linux, Windows)
- Implement and maintain MDM and device hardening policies
- Enforce MFA, access controls, and least-privilege policies across SaaS tools
- Manage office networking infrastructure - firewalls, WiFi, VLANs, VPN connectivity
- Maintain secure remote access solutions (e.g., Tailscale or similar)
- Manage hardware inventory and IT asset lifecycle
- Troubleshoot workstation, network and infrastructure issues
- Support compliance, audits and internal security requirements
- 3+ years in IT / Corporate IT / IT Operations
- Strong experience managing organizational security and access policies across SaaS tools
- Experience with endpoint management and device security hardening
- Solid networking fundamentals - DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls
- Experience implementing MFA and identity-based access control
- Deep understanding of Linux systems and administration
Nice to have
- Experience in security-sensitive or defense environments
- Familiarity with Zero Trust networking (e.g., Tailscale)
- Experience with MDM platforms (Jamf, Intune, Kandji, etc.)
- Basic scripting skills (Bash / Python) for automation
- Experience supporting R&D teams working with hardware
