Fully bilingual We are seeking a diligent and proactive IT Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in managing the procurement process for IT licensing and services, as well as handling asset management functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT procurement practices, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
Procurement Management: Coordinate the procurement of IT software and services, ensuring compliance with company policies and budget constraints.
Vendor Relations: Establish and manage relationships with vendors, adhere to contracts and ensure compliance, and handle vendor performance.
Account Management: Process invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments to vendors.
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of IT license inventory, track usage, and coordinate with IT staff for asset management.
Budget Monitoring: Assist in supervising and handling the IT budget, providing regular reports on expenditures and cost-saving opportunities.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, including purchase orders, contracts, and payment records.
Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities align with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.
Teamwork: Work closely with IT, accounts payable, and other departments to align procurement activities with organizational goals.
YOU HAVE:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field preferred.
2+ years of experience.
Fully bilingual.
Proven experience in IT ordering, license management, and Asset management.
Familiarity with IT equipment and software, especially Microsoft and AWS.
Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation, cellphone providers or internet service providers.
Experience in project management small projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in procurement software and accounting systems.
Diligent with strong organizational skills.
