Competencies:
- A degree or industry-recognized certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Minimum of 1–2 years of professional experience in an IT infrastructure, support, or administration role, ideally within hospitality or similar fast-paced setting.
- Commitment to IT security, data privacy compliance (e.g., GDPR/PCI-DSS).
- Self-starting, responsible, committed way of working with a high sense of ownership.
- Open and engaging personality with an excellent eye for detail.
- Team-oriented working style
- Good knowledge of English, knowledge of Latvian and Russian is beneficial.
