All about the role:
We are hiring an IT Contract Manager to join our Global IT Sourcing team.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with both Global Indirect Purchasing and Global IT, supporting our IT Services and Software & Cloud categories. You will work with stakeholders across regions and global functions —particularly IT Service Delivery Managers — to ensure effective delivery of outsourced and managed IT services.
This position reports to the Director of the IT Sourcing unit
What you'll do:
Lead end‑to‑end Contract Management activities supporting Service Delivery and Project Managers
Own and maintain Contract Management standards and procedures
Monitor supplier service performance, including KPIs and SLAs
Support monthly purchasing and contract reporting
Prepare and administer contract changes and amendments
Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
Manage operational relationships with key suppliers
Serve as an escalation point for commercial vendor issues
Identify new opportunities with existing and potential suppliers within your service area
Qualifications and requirements:
Experienced in IT contract management, particularly outsourced managed services
Skilled in IT services contracts, cloud and software SLAs, and service descriptions
Proficient in Microsoft 365; experience with SAP Ariba and ServiceNow is a plus
A relationship builder with a strong “can‑do” attitude
Analytical, results‑driven, and collaborative
Comfortable working independently and as part of a multifunctional team
A clear communicator with strong organizational and time‑management skills
Proven in driving quality improvements and cost reductions through effective negotiations
Able to work across global and functional boundaries
