Job Description
- As an essential part of our team, you will lead the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of software and operating systems on a variety of devices, both remotely and on-site in Duisburg.
- Ensure comprehensive IT support for desktops, notebooks, mobile phones, industrial PCs, and tablets, including hardware replacement and software problem resolution.
- Be responsible for the ongoing updating and review of documentation in the area of onsite services.
- Provide remote support to our clients at other locations.
- Handle incident, service request, IMAC, and break & fix tickets to ensure a high quality of IT support.
Qualifications
- Several years of experience in the IT support sector, with mandatory knowledge in endpoint support, M365 applications, Intune/SCCM operations, Microsoft Exchange, and Teams.
- A comprehensive and in-depth understanding of Microsoft technologies, including AD, AAD, Microsoft 365, Identity Management, and associated services, is required.
- Mandatory experience in onsite service, endpoint support, user support, remote support, and second-level support.
- Specialized expertise in managing Windows workstations/laptops, including comprehensive software support.
- Detailed knowledge of Windows Client operating systems, especially Windows 10/11, as well as local applications, client peripherals, and mobile devices.
- Excellent German and good English language skills in speaking and writing are required.
