Technical Compliance Manager role will report to the Director of Tech Compliance and own multiple areas across Engineered Systems, IT and Product Compliance programs. You will work closely with members of company-wide Business & Engineering organizations driving a consistent and high-quality results end to end from problem statement, systems/data analysis, key contribution to research and evaluation of solutions / trade-offs and design and drive implementation via all phases of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). 

 
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage complex, high-impact technical programs across the company
  • Drive key areas of technical compliance program including design, implementation, testing and remediation, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, including VPs and above, to define program strategy, roadmap, success criteria, and own the execution and delivery
  • Drive architecture and design options, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
  • Solve complex and ambiguous problems with significant known and unknown risks and translate into measurable plans
Education / Skills / Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree computer sciences, mathematics, management/computer information systems, accounting, or related fields. MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred – can be replaced by experience
  • 12+ years of related work experience in Information Technology, SOX, IT risk management, Security, Privacy, Product Compliance or related fields
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SOX, ITGC, ISMS-P, and ISO 27001 regulatory frameworks
  • Professional auditing, security, or technology designation (e.g., CIA, CISA, CISSP, CISRM, etc.)
  • Knowledge of IT / Information Security risks and controls principles
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and contribute to architecture and design discussions.
  • Foundation in analyzing, problem determination, and resolving complex IT problems
  • Experienced with controls, or risk management with both enterprise applications and developed software, including:
    • Service oriented architecture concepts
    • Distributed systems access management and service deployment
    • Modern software development practices
    • Strong familiarity with AWS services and containerized distributed systems
    • Strong familiarity with relational, object-oriented and messaging queue infrastructure
  • Languages: Fluent English and Korean preferred
