Who are we looking for?

Ventrata is looking for an IT & Compliance Coordinator to help us keep our tech running smoothly and our compliance efforts on track. You’ll make sure our laptops, software, and licenses are properly managed, support our SOC 2 and ISO 27001 audits, and be the friendly face people turn to for day-to-day IT questions.

This role is perfect if you like variety — one day you might be updating our compliance trackers, the next helping a new teammate get set up with their gear. You’ll play a key part in keeping both our IT and compliance foundations solid as we continue to grow.

We’re a remote-friendly team with shared offices in Brno and Lisbon, but we’re open to candidates anywhere in Europe.


What will be your main responsibilities?

IT Asset & Inventory Management

  • Maintain accurate records of all company hardware, software, licenses, and warranties.
  • Coordinate procurement, assignment, and returns of equipment.
  • Track lifecycle and replacement schedules for devices.

Compliance & Audit Coordination

  • Collect and organise evidence for SOC 2 / ISO 27001 audits (policies, screenshots, logs).
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure documentation is complete and up-to-date.
  • Keep track of recurring compliance tasks and reminders.
  • Update auditors’ checklists and compliance tracking tools.

General IT Operations Support

  • Be the first point of contact for everyday IT questions (the “why won’t my laptop connect” moments).
  • Maintain internal documentation for IT processes and policies.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for asset disposal, secure wipe, or procurement.
Requirements
What does our ideal candidate look like?

YYou’re organised, curious, cybersecurity mindful and don’t mind digging into details — whether that’s checking an audit log or tracking down a missing laptop. You like solving small IT problems, enjoy keeping things tidy and documented, and get satisfaction from knowing nothing slips through the cracks.

And a few more requirements…

  • 2+ years in IT support, IT coordination, or compliance-related roles.
  • Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar frameworks (or a strong interest in learning).
  • Experience with asset management tools and helpdesk/ticketing systems.
  • Solid understanding of IT basics — devices, software, troubleshooting.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear communicator with good English.
Nice to have:
  • Enthusiastic about security reports and bug bounties
  • Hands-on experience supporting audits or compliance programs.
  • Familiarity with compliance automation tools (like Vanta, ecc.).
  • Certifications like CompTIA A+, ITIL, or ISO 27001 Internal Auditor.
