Job DescriptionPosition Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Cloud Engineer with expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and DevOps practices to design, implement, automate, and support cloud-based infrastructure and application deployment pipelines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable, secure, and highly available cloud environments while driving infrastructure automation, CI/CD adoption, and operational excellence across multi-cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Cloud Infrastructure Management
- Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure within AWS and Azure environments.
- Implement scalable, resilient, and cost-effective cloud architectures.
- Monitor cloud resource utilization and optimize performance, availability, and cost.
- Manage virtual networks, storage solutions, compute resources, and cloud security controls.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as:
- Terraform
- AWS CloudFormation
- Azure Bicep/ARM Templates
- Streamline operational workflows through scripting and automation.
Security & Compliance
- Implement cloud security best practices, including IAM, RBAC, encryption, and network security.
- Monitor and remediate vulnerabilities within cloud environments.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
Monitoring & Operations
- Configure and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, application, and deployment issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventative measures.
- Participate in on-call support and incident response activities as required.
Collaboration & Technical Leadership
- Partner with development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business teams to deliver cloud solutions.
- Provide technical guidance on cloud architecture and DevOps best practices.
- Document cloud environments, operational procedures, and deployment standards.
Support cloud migration and modernization initiatives.

Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience
- 3–7+ years of experience in cloud engineering, systems administration, or DevOps roles.
- Hands-on experience managing AWS and Azure cloud environments.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale cloud infrastructure.
