Job Title: Cloud Applications Specialist – Level II
Location: Mesico City, Mexico
Job Summary
The Cloud Applications Specialist installs and maintains cloud-based applications, systems, and associated infrastructures to support business operations and technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and define business requirements to determine specifications and standards; propose and develop effective solutions.
- Deploy and oversee integration of web-based applications, ensuring compliance with information security standards.
- Maintain security audit records, including reports and logs.
- Monitor system uptime and performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve errors efficiently.
- Stay informed of emerging cloud technologies and evaluate their potential impact on organizational operations.
- Requires experience with one or more cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Experience & Education
- Performs work under general supervision.
- Handles moderately complex issues and refers more advanced problems to senior staff.
- Possesses solid working knowledge of cloud systems and applications.
- May provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to junior team members.
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
