The Role

Are you passionate about problem-solving and providing top-tier support? This Florida based software development company is looking for an Client Success Manager who will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to QuoteWerks customers. The Client Success Manager serves as the primary point of contact for customer communications regarding existing subscriptions, collaborating with Tech Support for technical issues and the Billing Administrator for invoicing matters. This role also supports larger sales campaigns and manages the ongoing maintenance of active accounts. This is an on-site position located in Orlando, FL.

We’ll Provide:

  • Salary range of $45,000 - $60,000
  • A set schedule of 8:45am-5:15pm to help promote work/life balance
  • Support/mentorship from supervisors and other team members

What You’ll Do:

  • Answer all product, feature, and account questions from existing customers
  • Maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Ensure customers’ needs are understood and satisfied
  • Create sales quotes and detailed proposals
  • Interact with our reseller partner channel
  • Provide product demonstrations
  • Client retention and sales follow ups
  • Meet daily outbound call requirements
  • Handle inbound calls and emails

Skills You’ll Need:

  • 2-3 years of customer service-focused office experience (technology experience a plus)
  • 2-3 years B2B sales experience (software experience a plus)
  • Experience managing client accounts
  • Comfortable making outbound phone calls
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Positive and outgoing disposition
