As an IT Channel EMEA Data Analyst you will have the following key responsibilities:

Orders and Sales Data Management

  • Ensure data accuracy of the Global Indirect Business Intelligence app and integrity across various systems and platforms on orders, sales in, sales out.
  • Monitor the correct pipeline feed by Distributor/ Partner / Corporate reseller.

Sales out – POS data management 

  • Ensure point-of-sale (POS) and inventory data submission by all reporting distributors
  • Ensure point-of-sale (POS) accuracy by correctly flagging accounts as Longtail, Managed or Corporate resellers.
  • Collect, analyze, and manage data related to Channel sales and performance.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across various systems and platforms.
  • Match unknown SKUs by LOB

Presenting Market Data Trends and Performance

  • Analyze market data to identify trends and performance metrics based on Context Data and present findings to stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.

Strategic Data Synthesis & Business Intelligence

  • Analyze historical sell-in (orders), revenue (sales), and sell-through (sales-out) data to provide a 360-degree view of the Channel health.
  • Identify growth opportunities and performance bottlenecks by performing year-over-year (YoY) and quarter-over-quarter (QoQ) trend analysis.
  • Translate complex datasets into actionable business recommendations for leadership, specifically focusing on inventory productivity and partner profitability.

Dashboard Development & Performance Tracking

  • Partner with the Business Intelligence (BI) team to design, test, and deploy automated Power BI dashboards.
  • Develop customized scorecards for Top-Tier Partners and "Longtail" resellers, tracking key metrics such as rebate attainment, product mix, and loyalty.
  • Serve as the functional expert for channel data, ensuring that dashboards meet the evolving "ad-hoc" needs of the sales teams while maintaining a single source of truth.

Executive Reporting & Stakeholder Management

  • Drive the data narrative for Monthly Sales Reviews (MSRs) and Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) by preparing high-impact visualizations and executive summaries.
  • Collaborate across departments (Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales) to ensure alignment on targets and performance figures.
  • Develop "ready-to-present" decks for Channel Managers that clearly communicate partner performance, market share shifts, and strategic gaps.

Contribute to team-work and knowledge sharing inside the team and organization: manage and update the POS dashboards ; prepare and generate reports and analysis Regularly communicate and update to sales management.

Requirements:

Education:   Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Data Science, or a related field.

Experience: 

  • Proven experience in data management, analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Expertise with Customer and/or Partner Relationship Management databases

Language skills: English: C1 or above
