Payoneer is looking for a highly-talented and experienced Senior Technology Buyer to join our procurement team, someone that is passionate to significantly contribute and be part of a growing global company.

 The ideal candidate will be able to build strong and trusted relationships across the organization and be able to quickly adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

The candidate will have experience in globally leveraging and sourcing purchasing initiatives and projects to meet the business requirements while driving cost savings through negotiations and efficiencies bringing value to stakeholders. Ability to work individually as well as a collaborative team member is a must.    

What you’ll be spending your time on: 

  • Lead the global Indirect procurement of technology and IT categories , including Cloud, SAAS and Hardware.
  • Actively source vendors, engage in hands-on negotiation, manage vendor relationships, create purchase orders (POs), and execute contracts.
  • Review, negotiate and revise contractual terms and documents (such as MSA, SOW, etc.) as well as managing RFPs and Bids.
  • Analyze commercial proposals, present negotiation results using Excel, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including FP&A, Accounting, Legal, Compliance, and IT to efficiently manage the vendor life cycle and resolve procurement issues.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and drive procurement objectives.
  • Independently prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Have you done this kind of stuff? 

  • Experience with negotiating SaaS, Cloud, and various licensing agreements as well as professional services and consulting- a Must.
  • 3+ years of experience in a global hi-tech company in an Indirect Technology Purchasing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English- must for contracts review and negotiation. 
  • Knowledge of tools and vendors in the area of Information Technology and Cyber Security; familiarity with IT Integrators and Resellers.
  • Strong data analysis skills and business insight.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to combine independent work with teamwork.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is an advantage.
