Job SummaryThe IT Business Systems Analyst position serves a key role in managing and supporting the organization’s Business systems and processes.  These systems include Salesforce, MIP and future enterprise applications.

Status: Full-time, Nonexempt, Regular

Location: San Francisco neighborhoods

Hours: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Salary: $34.25 - $36.00 per hour; Comprehensive benefits

The Organization: A private non-profit founded in 1977, Chinatown Community Development Center believes in a comprehensive vision of community. We own and/or manage approximately 36 affordable housing buildings serving over 4,500 low-income seniors, single adults, formerly homeless adults, and families of diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds in San Francisco’s Chinatown, Tenderloin, Western Addition, and Polk Gulch neighborhoods. We also build housing, develop grassroots leadership, and engage low-income residents and youth. What You Will Do

Provide support for enterprise applications, troubleshoot system issues, and partner with business stakeholders to improve operational efficiency. Skilled in translating business needs into technical solutions, managing system configurations, and providing responsive end-user support.

  • Provide day-to-day support for business applications, ensuring system availability, performance, and reliability
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, user access problems, and data discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for end users, delivering responsive and customer-focused technical support
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate needs into system solutions
  • Frequently collaborate with IT team members on projects that encompass applications and IT systems/infrastructure as needed.
  • Configure, maintain, and support application settings, workflows, and integrations
  • Document system processes, procedures, and known issues to support knowledge sharing and continuity
  • Assist with application upgrades, patches, testing, and new system implementations
  • Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions in accordance with security and compliance policies
  • Escalate complex issues to vendors or internal IT teams and track resolution to completion
  • Identify opportunities to improve system usability, efficiency, and business processes
  • Create reports and dashboards to support business decision-making
  • Provide training and guidance to users on system functionality and best practices

Education and Experience (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree or professional training program specific to the position and directly related work experience, or a combination of education and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position
  • Minimum 1-2 years working experience with business applications such as Salesforce, MIP, Yardi, Microsoft, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification or coursework in various business applications (Salesforce, Yardi, MIP, etc.)
  • One (1) year of progressive project coordination or team collaboration experience
  • Familiarity with non-profits
