The Opportunity

This is an onsite role located in 1420, Harbor Bay Parkway, Alameda, CA. This is not a remote role/opportunity.

As a Digital Marketing Business Relationship Manager, you'll be at the forefront of developing and maintaining robust client relationships through innovative digital marketing strategies and flawless execution.

In this dynamic role, you'll dive deep into understanding client needs, facilitate business-technology strategy and road-mapping, and create tailored marketing solutions that hit the mark. Your efforts will ensure successful implementation, driving business growth and achieving top-notch customer satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in digital marketing for IT services, including SEO, customer segmentation/personalization, content marketing, Marketing Automation, Mobile App and more.

  • Make data-driven decisions and establish, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business growth and optimize marketing strategies.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, vendors, and IT delivery partners.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth in healthcare digital marketing.

  • Collaborate with the IT and marketing teams to create compelling proposals and presentations for prospective initiatives, driving customer centricity and demonstrating experience in building project pitches to executive management, including detailed ROI analysis and clearly established business value.

  • Monitor and report on performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in IT and digital marketing to continuously enhance our service offerings.

  • Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional policies and procedures. Responsible for assessing the compliance of system solutions with regulatory requirements, inclusive of validation.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of IT or business experience in a large or midsized multinational/global organization.

  • Broad expertise in IT or business disciplines (Marketing/Digital/Commercial), including system development.

  • Deep knowledge of MarTech technologies and digital marketing strategies.

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or similar roles within IT and digital marketing.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Analytics, SFMC, SFDC Sales Cloud, Adobe Target, Adobe Assets, Workfront, customer segmentation, and behavioral analysis.

  • Strong background in digital marketing campaigns across various channels, with a focus on enhancing customer journeys and personalized experiences (Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices.

  • Experience analyzing digital marketing data to optimize website performance and campaign effectiveness.

  • Understanding and practical experience with Agile frameworks.

  • Proven track record of working effectively as part of a Scrum team.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage vendors.

  • Experience leading teams, both direct and indirect.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the healthcare industry or a comparable regulated industry.

  • IT Product Manager or Account Management background is preferred.

  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Workfront and Power BI

  • Ability to adapt to changing client needs and market conditions.

  • Innovative thinking to develop unique marketing solutions.

  • Collaborative mindset to work effectively with internal teams and vendors.

  • Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.

  • Strong interdisciplinary, intercultural influence, and networking skills.

  • Strong influence and negotiating skills.

The base pay for this position is

$112,000.00 – $224,000.00

In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
