Responsibilities
- Lead technology planning activities across the business unit, acting as the primary subject matter authority and providing expert counsel that shapes strategic decisions and operational direction.
- Deliver in-depth analysis of business performance, translating complex data into clear insights that identify gaps between IT plans, service level agreements, and actual outcomes.
- Advise and influence senior colleagues and cross-functional teams through well-structured communication, ensuring technology strategies are understood and adopted across the organization.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, and outsourcing activities, contributing technology planning expertise to assess feasibility, risk, and integration requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Subject matter expertise in at least one area of technology planning, enabling credible and authoritative guidance to both peers and senior stakeholders.
