  • Understanding of manufacturing business processes is helpful, but not mandatory.
  • Ability to provide cross-functional and organizational leadership within a highly matrix organization.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for process improvement.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills including the ability to coach, assess, evaluate, develop, motivate and empower others.
  • Oversee IT projects and operations at multiple facilities.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science or related technical/management field or experienced considered
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience within an IT Department

Skills Required

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience within an IT department
  • Must be a US citizen
  • Position is on-site in Monroe, NC
