Job Responsibilities
• Partner with business commercial operation team and central marketing team to translate business strategies into a prioritized annual digital/IT roadmap and budget.
• Own the ITPM and ITBA accountability for business initiatives, from requirements collection through delivery, ensuring the delivery team (back-end commercial, D2C mini-programs, e-commerce integrations, CRM, marketing automation, data analytics, etc.) delivers as one.
• Elicit and document business requirements (user stories, epics, process maps) and translate them into technical specifications for global product teams or local vendors.
• Manage the project portfolio: scope, schedule, budget, risk, vendors and change management; report status and benefits realization to local leadership and global IT governance.
• Ensure solutions comply with quality, compliance, security, privacy and regulatory standards.
• Drive adoption through training, hyper-care and continuous-improvement loops; monitor NPS, conversion and data quality KPIs.
• Provide 2nd-level support for critical PH applications; manage incident escalation with Global Service Desk and product teams.
• Benchmark China digital trends (social commerce, super-apps, AI-enabled personalization) and propose pilots or enhancements to global platforms.
Minimum Required Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related discipline.
Preferred Experience
• 3–5 years of progressive IT experience in FMCG industries.
• Demonstrated success delivering ≥2 full-cycle digital or commercial projects (e-commerce, CRM, marketing automation, …).
• Experience operating in matrix organizations with global platforms and local market requirements.
Preferred Certification:
• PMI-PMP or PMI-ACP.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) or SAFe Practitioner.
• AWS or Azure Fundamentals.
• ITIL Foundation.
Preferred Skills:
• Business analysis & customer journey mapping.
• Agile/SAFe project and product management.
• Stakeholder & vendor management at senior levels.
• Data analytics (SQL, Power BI/Tableau).
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; strong cross-cultural communication.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
