Job Description:

Ipsen is strengthening its Global Digital & IT Operations to better support its Corporate Functions and enable efficient, compliant, and high-value digital services across the organization.

Within this context, we are looking for an IT Business Operations Expert for Corporate Functions (HR & Legal) to play a key role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of critical HR and Legal digital solutions.

This role sits at the crossroads of business, IT, and external partners, with a strong focus on service delivery, outsourcing management, and value creation for business users in a complex, international environment.

Your key responsibilities
  • Own and ensure the delivery of IT business operations for HR & Legal applications in an outsourced service model, including maintenance and support.

  • Act as a key point of contact for HR & Legal business stakeholders, ensuring high service quality and user satisfaction.

  • Develop a deep understanding of HR, Payroll, and Legal business processes, including complex data integrations across internal and external systems.

  • Translate business needs into effective operational and technical solutions, in close collaboration with IT Business Partners.

  • Ensure smooth service transition of applications from build to run.

  • Monitor and manage service performance against SLAs, KPIs, budget, and internal standards.

  • Lead operational governance, reporting, and regular communication with stakeholders.

  • Manage vendor relationships, including contract lifecycle, service commitments, service credits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Identify opportunities to optimize services, automate processes, and improve data flows.

  • Drive innovation initiatives with IT and business stakeholders to improve efficiency and business outcomes.

  • Contribute to the definition and execution of the Business Digital & Technology roadmap for HR & Legal domains.

Your profile & expertise
  • 10+ years of experience in IT application management within HR & Legal domains, in a complex and regulated environment.

  • Strong experience in service delivery and outsourcing management, ideally in the biopharmaceutical industry.

  • Solid understanding of data privacy, compliance standards, security best practices, and pharma regulations.

  • Proven experience working in global, matrixed organizations.

  • Strong expertise in HR & Legal applications, such as: Workday (People), ADP (Payroll), eTemptation (Time Management), Paradox (Hiring), Cornerstone (Learning), Adobe Sign (Electronic Signature)

  • Strong experience with complex data integration flows and reporting, including Power BI.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.

  • Business-oriented mindset with a pragmatic and continuous improvement approach.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or Project Management (Master’s degree preferred).

  • Fluent in English (mandatory); French is a strong asset.
