IT Business ManagerYour role:
In this role, as a representative of IR IT based in zone France, you will work in a dynamic and diverse team of more than fifty members who represent more than 40.000 Philips employees across 192 countries managed by more than twenty zone leadership teams.
Our team members are leveraged to enable regional priorities, identify solutions to deliver on interpreted business needs and enable value through growth, productivity and legal/fiscal compliance through the management and support of related programs and projects.
Enterprise systems are managed by our colleagues in the IT Platforms of Group IT. Our team work closely with the platforms to deliver on agreed priorities, share zone and regional insights, expectations and challenges.
While also engaging with local stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of all IT services into the zone. Including working with the IT Business Partner (zone France) to identifying opportunities for IT solutions and development of an understanding of business dependencies on local solutions, their business owners and the solution purpose/benefit.
You're the right fit if:
- You have minimum 2 years of experience in areas such as IT Project Management, Business Analysis, IT Consulting, Enterprise Architecture or equivalent with a Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Enterprise Resource Planning or equivalent.
- You bring expertise in the Commercial IT function, with experience of CRM in SFDC and/or SAP for our Commercial/Sales Excellence solutions for our businesses.
- You speak fluently French and English
- You are well versed in how Philips operates and understand concepts like ITIL, Agile and Lean.
- You have well developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- You have excellent relationship and organizational skills with ability to create effective relationships with the Business, Regions and Functions.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week in the Philips French headquarters in Suresnes (near Paris).
