As IT Business Analysts, we stand at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge products, serving as a knowledge hub on IT projects and guiding through ideation to go-live. Embracing versatility, we take ownership of stakeholder management, bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, identifying opportunities for improvement, and defining requirements for IT systems or projects.

We not only produce important deliverables but also function as a force multiplier on the project. Therefore, we are not afraid to step outside the boundaries of the classic IT BA role, and we often wear different hats like PO or QA to get the job done.

We are seeking a Business Analyst experienced in crafting innovative solutions, translating business needs into actionable plans, and overseeing seamless project implementation aligned with business objectives. Proficient in integrating new technologies, advocating their benefits, and collaborating closely with QA for high-quality solutions. Excels in creating clear visuals and effectively bridging technical and non-technical teams.

Your day to day will include:

Crafting innovative solutions through requirements analysis, constructing workflow charts, and drafting precise specifications
Transforming business requests into actionable development plans, user stories, and robust acceptance criteria
Guiding projects from concept to seamless implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Orchestrating the integration of new technologies to ensure smooth functionality and transition
Advocating the benefits of new technology to both internal and external stakeholders
Collaborating with QA to uphold stringent quality standards for high-caliber solutions
Creating clear flowcharts using tools like Visio or Draw.io, with a bonus expertise in UML
Simplifying technical concepts for non-technical audiences and bridging the gap between business needs and the tech team

What makes you thrive here:

3-4 years of relevant experience in digital product development (as a Business Analyst, PM, PO, or Consultant)
Experience in financial services such as banking, fintech, insurtech, or similar industries is a plus
Ownership of deliverable documents and the ability to structure them according to project requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, along with solid time management, organizational, and self-management skills
A good understanding of architecture, APIs, message queues, and related technologies
Experience using software development ticketing systems (e.g., Jira)
Proficiency in both written and verbal English and Hungarian
Experience in UX research - that would be a plus
