- At least 5 years of IT relevant working experience with 2 years of business analysis experience with primary focus of Data Analytics
- Finance domain knowledge or participation in finance related projects is a must
- Familiar will ERP sales/finance/procurement related modules, e.g. SAP FICO and SD module…
- Carefulness, strong ownership, good business sense are all valuable personalities in this position
- Good communication skills with finance business team and can maintain a very good relationship with stakeholders
- Exposure to modern business analytic tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Python, Tableau etc.…
- Knowledge and experience partnering with both business stakeholders and IT professionals
- Knowledge to build and manage IT- business relationships, facilitation, communication, and leadership skills with demonstrated ability to work with large cross-functional teams
- Cross-cultural sensitivity and fully understand and adopt JCI values and leadership model in daily management work.
- Strong understanding in business related KPIs and analytic reporting
- Strong English communication and inter-personal skills; ability to work effectively with global teams
- Problem-solving skills–ability to navigate technology and organizational issues to complete
project tasks - Willingness to meet challenges, hardworking & able to work under pressure
