Delivering a high-quality digital banking experience is at the heart of our mission. As part of this effort, a Business Analyst plays a key role in shaping and improving mobile and online banking solutions for both retail and corporate users.
This position involves working closely with designers, developers, and backend teams to define requirements, translate business needs into functional solutions, and ensure seamless integration across platforms. Collaboration across multiple disciplines is essential, as is a problem-solving mindset, attention to detail in planning, and a strong commitment to creating reliable, high-quality products.
Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications.
- Contribute to IT architecture design and advocate for architectural best practices.
- Estimate effort and resources required for IT implementations.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation, including:
- Process modeling using BPMN
- Data modeling and database design
- System parametrization and configuration
- Integration design with internal and external systems
- Business logic and calculations
- User Interface (UI) specifications
- Support developers during implementation and ensure alignment with specifications.
- Prepare and execute system analyst tests.
- Support integration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Collaborate in bug fixing and quality improvements.
- Investigate and resolve production incidents.
- Support Product Owners and Business Analysts in defining business requirements and writing business specifications.
Requirements
- Experience in web and mobile frontend/backend development.
- Relevant professional experience in IT, preferably in banking or insurance.
- At least 12 months of professional experience in systems analysis.
- Strong analytical thinking and systematic approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in interface specification.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Familiarity with technologies/tools such as: Jira, Confluence, Postman, OpenShift, Swagger.
