Responsibilities:
- Supporting EDI operations, including data mapping, validation, testing, and troubleshooting
- Helping to maintain and enhance our business systems, such as ERP, WMS and integration software
- Responding to support tickets for EDI, reporting and ERP system issues
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements
- Documenting business processes, workflows, and system specifications in a concise and clear manner
- Engage with project teams, develop project management deliverables and documentation, and collaborate with project stakeholders as needed throughout project lifecycles
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in information systems, business administration or related field
- Experience with SQL, writing queries, views, and stored procedures
- Experience with Boomi or other integration tools
- Knowledge of EDI standards, formats, and protocols
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
