At Infiterra, our IT Business Analysts are the backbone of our subscription commerce platform, ensuring seamless collaboration between technical teams and stakeholders. If you thrive on translating complex requirements into actionable solutions, we’d love to connect.
What You’ll Do (When the Right Role Opens):
✔ Analyze & prioritize business scenarios, focusing on MVP-driven outcomes.
✔ Capture requirements (using Jira/Confluence) and create user stories, epics, and test cases.
✔ Bridge gaps between technical and non-technical teams—managing SDLC timelines and blockers
✔ Optimize processes through discovery, automation, and cross-functional collaboration.
✔ Design test scenarios that go beyond UAT to ensure robust solutions.
Ideal Candidates Have:
🔹 Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements.
🔹 Expertise with Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies.
🔹 A testing-oriented and curious mind.
🔹 Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, and system integrations.
🔹 Business acumen to understand how everything fits together.
🔹 Experience in SaaS, cloud platforms, or IT distribution (a plus!).
🔹 Fluent in both Greek & English
