Summary
Seeking a Salesforce Functional Analyst to support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of Salesforce solutions across the EAME region. This role acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions that drive operational excellence, user adoption, and business value. This position will play a key role throughout the project lifecycle—from requirements gathering and solution design through testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live support. This position requires strong stakeholder management skills, hands-on Salesforce configuration experience, and a passion for enabling business transformation through digital technologies.
Key Responsible:
- Elicit, document, and validate business requirements from regional stakeholders across EAME markets
- Translate requirements into functional specifications and Salesforce solution designs
- Configure Salesforce including flows, validation rules, page layouts, reports, and dashboards
