About the Role

Join Essity’s Global IT Services, a key part of our Global Digital & Business Services unit. We provide essential shared services across the organization, driving operational efficiencies.

The IT Content Supply Chain team focuses on optimizing the end-to-end process and solutions for product content management and distribution, evolving and modernizing the application portfolio and ensure high-quality product content delivery.

As an IT Business Analyst in the digital marketing area, you will play a crucial role in the growth of all business units within Essity.

You will ensure the successful execution of our digital marketing strategies across various regions and support the current evolution of our Product Information Management (PIM) systems and operations.

What You Will Do

  • Modernization initiatives: Participate in initiatives to modernize and evolve our digital marketing ecosystem, within PIM (Product Information Management) and DAM (Digital Asset Management), enhancing operational efficiency.

  • Workshop facilitation: Facilitate workshops to capture business requirements and perform as-is/to-be analysis, understanding user needs, strategies, and goals.

  • Requirement specificationsDevelop comprehensive requirement specifications, including time, cost, and resource estimates.

  • Continuously review and refine requirements, specifications, and recommendations for proposed solutions.

  • Portfolio prioritization: Support the portfolio prioritization process and develop business cases.

  • IT Solution rollouts: Understand existing IT solutions to facilitate rollouts in new markets and assess the impact of new features.

  • Implementation support: Support the implementation of IT solutions and to-be processes, including training execution.

  • Testing : Define acceptance criteria for business requirements and validate them post-delivery.

  • Stakeholder collaboration:

  • Collaboration and close alignment with the product owner, as well with internal business stakeholders and multiple IT roles, including SAP, PIM, DAM, Cloud Services, and external partners.

  • Communicate to stakeholders on progress of requirements and initiatives.

  • Contribute effectively in a matrix organization, maintaining close relationships with business and technical teams.

Who You Are

  • You hold a University degree in computer science, information systems, or a related discipline.

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in capturing, analyzing, and developing comprehensive requirement specifications.

  • You have experience with SAP Hybris.

  • Experience in PCM/PIM solutions and projects is beneficial.

  • You possess excellent communication skills for managing stakeholders, facilitating workshops and trainings, and collaborating across diverse teams and cultures.

  • You demonstrate strong flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, priority-changing environment.

  • You have experience in Agile methodologies.

  • You are fluent in English, both verbal and written, ensuring clear and effective communication across all levels of the organization.

  • Willingness to travel 10-15% on average.
