About the role:

Step into the dynamic role of IT Business Analyst - SAP Finance and Controlling (COPC/COPA) and become the go-to expert for our business needs. You’ll be at the forefront, crafting and refining system interfaces, swiftly resolving issues, and ensuring seamless operations. Collaborate with key stakeholders to design innovative IT solutions, dive deep into root cause analysis, and leverage the expertise of a talented IT team to drive connectivity and efficiency. What you will do:

  • Accelerate the implementation of new S/4 system to Essity units worldwide, through hybrid Agile methodology

  • Provide user support through service management platform.

  • Participate or lead national and international projects within Finance and Controlling business domain and develop your project management skills

  • Act as a business analyst with expertise in SAP FI/CO, focusing on product costing for our products and profitability analysis

  • Continuously review and optimize existing business processes in collaboration with business units.

  • Facilitate workshops and key meetings to capture business requirements, perform as-is analysis, and understand customer strategies and goals.

  • Support the development of business cases and the portfolio prioritization process.

  • Implement to-be processes, prepare training documentation, and conduct training sessions.

  • Provide expert support for Controlling specific functional area.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in computer science, management information systems or equivalent.

  • You have at least four years of proven knowledge in SAP FI/CO modules (mainly COPC/COPA) either SAP ECC or/and S4/Hana

  • Have strong communication and collaboration abilities and a solution-oriented mindset.

  • Availability to Travel.

  • Fluent in English - All Applicants are requested to deliver their CV in English language.
