We are seeking an IT Business Analyst to support a SaaS application by combining business analysis and product management responsibilities. This role will gather requirements, coordinate system enhancements, support implementation activities, and work with stakeholders to ensure the platform meets business needs.

We will count on you to:
- Support the delivery of regulatory-driven assessment initiatives across Europe and the UK.
- Partnering with internal Legal and Compliance to gather requirements and translate them into clear, actionable documentation.
- Serve as a liaison between the Compliance and development team.
- Analyze business needs and regulatory requirements, helping to define functional solutions and implementation considerations.
- Coordinate delivery activities across multiple stakeholders, ensuring actions are tracked, priorities are clear, and commitments are followed through.
- Assist with maintenance and updates of structured project and product documentation, including requirements, process notes, decisions, risks, dependencies, and status updates.
- Contribute to product support activities, including issue investigation, stakeholder queries, and coordination of fixes or enhancements.
- Support configuration, testing, and validation activities as needed to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
- Help identify risks, blockers, and dependency conflicts early, and work proactively to resolve or escalate them.
- Build strong working relationships across teams and influence stakeholders to drive accountability and delivery.
- Contribute to product roadmap discussions by capturing feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting prioritization.
What you need to have
- Excellent communication both in English and Romanian
- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, product management, and project coordination
- Familiarity with SaaS applications and agile delivery
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to independently as a local hire, managing work with minimal supervision
