Join our Global Logistics & Operations team and help connect business needs with technology solutions across Latin America. In this role, you will partner with Supply Chain and Information Systems teams to standardize processes, support regional initiatives, and deliver technology solutions that improve procurement, inventory, warehousing, and distribution operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions aligned with regional priorities.
What you will do
- Partner with Supply Chain teams, including Planning, Procurement, Warehouse, Kit Room, and Transportation, to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- Lead business analysis activities by eliciting, documenting, validating, and maintaining business and system requirements for regional initiatives.
- Recommend process and system improvements that support standardized Supply Chain operations across Latin America.
- Facilitate alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams to define, prioritize, and deliver technology solutions and system enhancements.
- Develop process maps, business workflows, functional specifications, and use cases to support solution design and implementation.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), defect resolution, and project closure activities to ensure successful solution deployment.
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders to evaluate business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support technology prioritization.
- Promote business analysis best practices by mentoring team members and contributing to process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you will need
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience in Business Analysis supporting Supply Chain or Information Systems environments.
- Experience supporting Supply Chain processes, including procurement, planning, warehouse, inventory, or transportation.
- Experience with JD Edwards ERP Supply Chain modules.
- Experience integrating ERP systems with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and warehouse operations.
- Experience with process mapping, business process documentation, requirements gathering, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Professional proficiency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Business Analysis certification or equivalent qualification.
- Experience delivering regional Supply Chain projects across Latin America.
- Experience working in regulated industries such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
