World Kinect - Business Analyst II, Aviation Domain
Location: San Jose, Costa Rica
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst II to join our team and support projects and operations within the Aviation domain. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and help deliver innovative solutions that drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Bridge Business & Technology: Partner with product owners, stakeholders, and delivery teams to capture and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Enable Agile Delivery: Translate business needs into clear user stories and specifications aligned with product vision and organizational goals.
- Champion Quality: Work with QA and development teams to define test strategies, validate solutions, and support feature rollouts through functional testing.
- Foster Collaboration: Engage closely with developers during design, development, and debugging activities, promoting continuous teamwork.
- Embrace Agile Practices: Actively participate in agile ceremonies—sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives—and contribute to process improvements.
- Document & Communicate: Develop process flows, functional documentation, and system integration details; lead solution demos and workshops.
- Reporting: Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate insights and recommendations effectively.
- Leverage AI: Utilize AI tools to enhance efficiency and optimize workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
