What You'll Do

  • You will need to assist supply chain IT business partner to implement technical / solution roadmap, to achieve business goals, determine how existing or new solutions will impact execution processes and systems, how to manage the integration, research and facilitate the evaluation of “buy vs. build” decisions.
  • You will work with relevant supply chain execution functions, such as Logistics and customer service, to collect, analyze, review, document and communicate business needs and requirements, to bridge the gap between business need and technical solution, using aligned methodologies to deliver business value effectively.  
  • You will need to collaborate with execution related Solution Architects and function consultants to determine if solutions currently exist (internally or externally) or whether new solutions are feasible.
  • You will need to Partner with supply chain execution leadership to understand the strategic goals and challenges
  • You will be request to gather and analyze business requirements for supply chain execution related initiatives. This might involve user interviews, workshops and analysis.
  • You will be responsible to translate / document business requirements into clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria for the solution design & development.
  • You will need to conduct feasibility studies and drafts proposals. Develops and assists in the preparation of business cases.  

Solution Development & Delivery

  • You will need to work within an agile framework (e.g., Scrum) to break down projects into manageable user stories and prioritize them based on business values.
  • You will be responsible to track project progress throughout the development lifecycle and escalate problems.
  • You will need to collaborate with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure the delivered solutions meet business expectations.
  • You will need to review test plan, facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions and monitor testing process to ensure business result are adequately tested and users are satisfied with the solution.  
  • You will be request to provide explanation of solution, roles, processes and activities to the supply chain execution users when need.
  • You will be responsible to manage supply chain users’ expectations. 

Change Management

  • You will need to stay up-to-date on industry trends and identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve supply chain execution efficiency and effectiveness.
  • You will be request to gather user feedback and addressing any post-implementation issues, if need, after solution implementation.
  • You will assist supply chain execution leadership to realize business cases through various process & solution implementation, improvement & enhancement.  
  • You will need to build trust and encourage continued adoption of the new system by demonstrating responsiveness to user needs.
  • You will be responsible to remove obsolete processes and solutions as and when needed.

What We're Looking For

  • You must with 7-10 years’ experience as a business Analyst WMS, or TMS (one of them).
  • You must with solid related experience and with good potential, less then 7 years can also be considered.
  • You must have good understanding of agile methodologies mindset(e.g., Scrum).
  • You must be fluent in both verbal and written English.
  • You must with clear communication skills, with good analytical and problem-solving skills. 

What Will Set You Apart

  • You with Order system -SAP & B2C or SAP knowledge would be preferred.
  • You with project management experience would be an advantage.
